Pembroke Homes for Sale in Virginia Beach, VA
Pembroke is the group of 1960s subdivisions around Town Center at Virginia Beach Boulevard and Independence Boulevard, in ZIPs 23462 and 23455. REIN splits it into Pembroke Manor, Pembroke Meadows, Pembroke Shores and the Pembroke Crossing condos, and the sales of the last two years came from all four. Most of the homes were built in 1963 and 1964, with a few from the 1980s. Twenty-six of 35 recent sales were detached, split evenly between one-story ranches and two-story houses on lots of about a fifth of an acre, and nine were condos. Pembroke Shores adds a few waterfront lots on navigable deep water with docks.
