On most national real-estate portals, the “Contact agent” button does not contact the listing agent. It routes your name and phone number to whichever agent paid for advertising in that ZIP code — and often to several of them at once. You become the product.
What happens on VaHome.com
- Every inquiry goes to the two people whose names are on this site — Tom & Dariya Milan, LPT Realty — and to no one else.
- Every listing page shows the actual listing agent and brokerage, with the MLS number, so you always know who represents the seller.
- We never sell, auction, rent, or trade your contact information. Not to agents, not to lenders, not to advertisers.
- We connect you with a lender or inspector only when you ask us to.
- Contact forms ask for the minimum (phone is optional), and there is no account wall in front of any listing.
- No ad networks bid on your attention here — listing pages carry listings, not advertisements.
Why we work this way
We are a two-agent team in one market. Our business depends on Hampton Roads families trusting us with the largest purchase of their lives — usually more than once, and often on a PCS timeline measured in weeks. That trust is worth more than any lead fee.
