Every inquiry goes to the two people whose names are on this site — Tom & Dariya Milan, LPT Realty — and to no one else.
Every listing page shows the actual listing agent and brokerage, with the MLS number, so you always know who represents the seller.
We never sell, auction, rent, or trade your contact information. Not to agents, not to lenders, not to advertisers.
We connect you with a lender or inspector only when you ask us to.
Contact forms ask for the minimum (phone is optional), and there is no account wall in front of any listing.
No ad networks bid on your attention here — listing pages carry listings, not advertisements.

Why we work this way

We are a two-agent team in one market. Our business depends on Hampton Roads families trusting us with the largest purchase of their lives — usually more than once, and often on a PCS timeline measured in weeks. That trust is worth more than any lead fee.
