Because military status is a protected class in Virginia, our military-relocation resources (BAH tables, base commute data, PCS guides) present neutral facts that any buyer can use — we describe places by objective characteristics, never by who we think should live there.

  • Neighborhood and school content describes verifiable facts — prices, commute times, ratings from named sources — not the composition of a community.
  • We never steer buyers toward or away from any neighborhood based on a protected characteristic, and our search tools apply identical logic for every user.
