Kempsville Meadows Elementary School is a public school in Virginia Beach City Public Schools, serving grades PK-5 at 736 Edwin Drive in the Larkspur area of the Kempsville borough of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The original school opened in 1959 with 810 students under founding principal Mrs. Josephine Charles. A new facility on the current site was dedicated on August 21, 2002, and opened to students the following September.
