What does listing with you cost?

Do I have to do the aerial flyover?
No. It's our signature and we think it sells homes, but every act of the plan is a decision we make together. Some properties are best served by photography alone.
What if I'm not selling for a year — or just curious?
Then you're in Act I, and Act I is free. Get the report, watch your neighborhood's market trends, and we'll check in when you tell us to. The timeline question in the form has a "just curious" option for exactly this reason.
Will my home still appear on Zillow and the other portals?
