Tom has been working Hampton Roads real estate for 18+ years and built VaHome.com as the technology layer underneath that experience — every Hampton Roads city, every neighborhood, every school zone, with the REIN MLS data and the on-the-ground knowledge to back it up.
He works heavily with PCS-relocating military families heading to Naval Station Norfolk, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, NAS Oceana, JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, and the smaller installations across the region. BAH math, VA-loan timing, school-continuity planning, on-base vs. off-base trade-offs — these are the conversations he has every week.
His approach is direct: clear comparable-sales analysis, honest market read on what a property is actually worth, and a strong opinion about which neighborhoods fit which kind of buyer. If a house doesn't fit your situation he'll tell you, even when telling you costs him a commission.
