About Dariya
Dariya works hands-on with buyers from the first showing through closing — neighborhood walk-throughs, school visits, lender introductions, contractor referrals, and the dozens of small everyday-life questions that decide whether a house actually fits a family.
She specializes in first-time buyers and out-of-state movers who need the practical "what is it actually like to live here" answers that don't show up in a listing description: commute reality during shift change, which playgrounds are worth driving to, which corner of which neighborhood has the quiet streets, where the grocery store is, what the local pediatrician volume looks like.
Dariya is bilingual and works regularly with Russian and Ukrainian-speaking immigrant families relocating to Hampton Roads — the questions and stress points of an international move are different from a domestic one, and she's walked many buyers through them.
She is licensed with LPT Realty and partners with her husband Tom on every transaction. Together they cover every Hampton Roads submarket; on most deals, Tom handles the analysis and contract side while Dariya handles the in-person buyer relationship.
